This statement covers alfaopus.nl only. Each of our products has its own privacy statement, published with that product, because each one processes different data.

No cookies, no analytics, no third parties
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tagging and no third-party embed. No JavaScript runs on these pages.
Every asset — including the typefaces — is served from this domain. Nothing is fetched from a content delivery network or a font host, so no third party learns that you visited. That is also why you were not asked to consent to anything: there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser's user agent — in order to deliver the page and protect the service against abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own retention and security terms. We do not build profiles from this data and do not combine it with anything else.
If you email us
When you write to us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use this to answer you and, where the exchange relates to an agreement or a record we must keep, to keep a record of it. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and, where applicable, performance of an agreement or compliance with a legal obligation.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for those purposes, and no longer than 24 months after the last message in an exchange, unless a statutory retention obligation requires otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data is shared only with the providers that operate parts of this service for us — our website host and our email provider — and only as far as needed, or where the law requires disclosure.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, and for its correction, deletion or restriction. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may request a copy of data you provided in a portable form. Write to info@alfaopus.nl and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this statement changes, the revised version is published here and the date above is updated.
